For single to 5 units batch registration please wait 3 working days before verifying whether your warranty entitlement has been registered. For bulk purchase of more than 5 units, kindly wait for 5 working days. You may check your warranty entitlement here. There will be no notification for successful registration.
There is no product registration required for Toshiba Canvio® Portable Hard Drives or other Toshiba accessories. Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt) and present it for warranty claim. This is applicable for the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Bangladesh.
