If you have already purchased your 2nd Year International/Local Limited Warranty Extension, you may extend another year of warranty protection by purchasing the International/Local Limited Warranty Extension PLUS. This program is only applicable to notebooks with a valid 2nd Year International/Local Limited Warranty Extension entitlement.

Data Recovery Advantage Program

Data has become increasingly important with the growing reliance on computing products. Everyone depends on his/her data for work, school and home. The data in your Toshiba Computer Product is valuable. Any losses of data can be critical, resulting in disruptions to your businesses or urgent projects.

Data Recovery Advantage Program (DRA), under the SelectServ Warranty Programs, provided by Toshiba Singapore Pte Ltd protects you against the costs and inconvenience of recovering data when your hard disk drive becomes inaccessible. It is a warranty program to safeguard your data, on top of our existing warranty programs that safeguard your hardware.

The DRA program offers professional data recovery services for data losses such as hard disk drive failure, hardware or software malfunction, virus, or human error. You can be assured of the fast response for data recovery because as a Toshiba Computer Product customer, you will be given priority for expedited data recovery service at no additional cost.

SystemGuard Program

SystemGuard Program is an Enhanced Warranty coverage on top of existing Standard Warranty. SystemGuard Program offers the support need when accidents happen to your Toshiba Notebooks. This program offers wide scope of accidental protection and provides peace of mind for those on the go.

This program covers repair and replacement for various accidental damage, not covered under Limited Warranty, including spills, drops, surges, and breakage.

Damage caused by intentional acts, fire, theft or loss, is not covered under SystemGuard Program.
